Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AutoDub extension, website, and account. By using AutoDub, you agree to them.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. The service

AutoDub provides real-time AI voice dubbing for online video. A free tier dubs unlimited videos using your browser's built-in voices; paid plans add neural voices, transcription for caption-less videos, and other premium features. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use AutoDub to infringe copyright or other rights, or to redistribute dubbed content in violation of the source platform's terms;
  • abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the quotas or rate limits of the service or its APIs;
  • use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of dubbed content complies with the terms of the platforms you watch on.

3. Accounts

The free tier needs no account. For paid features you create an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Premium plans include a monthly quota of premium minutes as described on the pricing page; the free tier remains free. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

AutoDub and its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. We claim no ownership of the third-party video content you choose to dub.

6. Third-party platforms

AutoDub works alongside third-party video platforms but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Machine translation and synthetic voices may contain inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoDub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using AutoDub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Reach us through the contact link in the footer.
